Step by step
Start
Sit on the floor with knees bent, feet flat, and hands by your sides. Lean back slightly, engaging your core.
Lift
Lean back a bit more and lift your feet off the floor, bending your knees. Find your balance on your sit bones.
Extend
Slowly extend your legs and raise your chest, creating a 'V' shape with your body.
Hold
Extend your arms forward, parallel to the floor. Keep your back straight and core engaged.
Hold & return
Hold the position for as long as you can with good form. Then slowly bend your knees and return to start.
