How to do it

Step by step

Start

Lie face down with your arms extended in front of you and legs straight, forehead resting toward the floor.

Lift

Squeeze your glutes and back to lift your arms, chest, and legs off the floor at the same time.

Hold

Reach long through your fingers and toes, holding the lifted position while breathing steadily.

4

Lower

Lower back down with control. Rest briefly and repeat.
