How to do it

Step by step

1

Start

Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, core gently braced and shoulders relaxed.

March

Lift one knee to about hip height while keeping your torso still and tall.

Control

Lower with control without letting your posture collapse or your hips rock.

Switch

Lift the other knee and continue alternating at a steady pace.
