Step by step
Neck Tilt (Side Bend)
Sit or stand tall, shoulders down and relaxed. Gently tilt your right ear toward your right shoulder and hold, then return to center and repeat on the other side. Hold 15–30 sec each side, repeat 2–3 times.
Neck Rotation (Turn)
Sit or stand tall, looking straight ahead. Slowly turn your head to the right as far as comfortable and hold, then return to center and repeat on the left. Hold 15–30 sec each side, repeat 2–3 times.
Neck Circles
Look down and relax your neck. Slowly roll your head in a circle toward your left, move back, then to the right, completing the circle. Do 5–8 circles in one direction, then reverse. Move slow and smooth — stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
