Step by step

Start
Stand tall with feet hip-width apart. Hold dumbbells at your sides or hands on your hips.

Step forward
Step one foot forward about 2–3 feet.

Lower down
Bend both knees to about 90 degrees. Your back knee should hover just above the floor.

Drive up
Push through your front heel to stand back up.

Return
Step back to the starting position.

Repeat
Switch legs and repeat for the desired reps.
