Step by step

Start
Kneel on one knee with the other foot in front, knee bent at 90°.

Engage
Tighten your core and squeeze your glute on the back leg.

Reach up
Lift your arm overhead and gently side bend if comfortable.

Drive hips
Gently push your hips forward until you feel a stretch in the hip.

Hold
Hold for 20–30 seconds. Breathe deeply and relax into the stretch.

Switch
Switch legs and repeat on the other side.
