How to do it

Step by step

1

Load up

Place a dumbbell or kettlebell on each side. Hinge down and grip one in each hand.

Stand tall

Stand up with a flat back, chest up, shoulders down and back, core braced.

Walk

Walk forward with controlled steps, keeping the weights steady at your sides.

4

Finish

Walk for the set distance or time, then hinge down and set the weights down with control.
