Step by step
1
Start
Get on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips. Keep your core tight.

Lift
Keeping your knee bent at 90°, lift your leg up toward the ceiling.

Squeeze
Squeeze your glute at the top. Don't overarch your back. Control the movement.
4
Lower
Slowly lower your leg back down to the starting position.
5
Repeat
Do the desired reps, then switch to the other leg.
