Step by step

Set up
Anchor a band behind you at chest height. Hold a handle in each hand and step forward into a staggered stance.

Start
Bring your hands to your chest, elbows bent, core braced and body tall.

Press
Press the handles forward until your arms are extended in front of your chest.

Return
Bend your elbows and return to the start with control. Repeat.
