Ground Turkey & Broccoli Bowls with Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
20 min Serves 4
Some nights you just need something good on the table fast. This is that dinner — three ingredients, a little salt and pepper, and one pan. It's become my go-to when I want something wholesome without the effort.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground turkey
- 1 head broccoli, diced (about 4 cups)
- Sweet Thai chili sauce, to taste
- Salt and pepper, or your choice of seasoning
- Cooked rice or quinoa, to serve
Method
- 1
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground turkey thoroughly, breaking it up as it browns. Season with your choice of seasoning, or just salt and pepper.
- 2
Add the diced broccoli and cook slightly, so it stays crunchy.
- 3
Stir in as much of the sweet Thai chili sauce as you desire and toss to coat.
- 4
Serve over rice or quinoa.
Notes
Great for meal prep — it keeps well in the fridge for a few days and reheats beautifully.
